Project Managers:
Experience: At least 10 years relevant experience in designing products or tools and managing teams, preferably from manufacturing background (Automotive, Machine Tools, and Heavy Engineering) Candidates must be conversant with 3D design tools. Proficiency in a Project Management Tool is essential.
Other mandatory skills: International client relationship management, Knowledge of quality processes, planning & implementation
Academic Qualifications: Graduate or higher in Engineering and preferably an MBA

Project Leaders - CAD:
Experience: Min. 5 years relevant experience in designing products or tools, preferably from manufacturing background. Candidates must demonstrate excellent command over at least 1 CAD Platform. (Pro-E/UG/CATIA/ SolidWorks/SolidEdge/Inventor). Proficiency in a Project Management Tool is essential.
Academic Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/ Production)

Sr. Design Engineers & Design Engineers:
Experience: Min. 2 years relevant experience in designing products or tools, preferably from manufacturing background. Candidates must demonstrate excellent command over at least 2 CAD Platforms (Pro-E/UG/CATIA/SolidWorks/ SolidEdge/Inventor).
Academic Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate or higher in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Production)

Project Leaders - Programming:
Experience: Min. 5 years relevant experience in programming. Candidates must demonstrate excellent command over at least 1 programming language (C++/VC++/VB.Net/C#/Java). Experience with databases would be preferable (Oracle/MS SQLServer). Other mandatory skills: Architecting applications, Preparing SRS Documents, Familiarity with UML tools
Academic Qualifications: Graduate or higher in Engineering or Science.

Sr. Software Engineers & Software Engineers:
Experience: Min. 2 years relevant experience in programming. Candidates must demonstrate excellent command over at least 1 programming language (C++/VC++/VB.Net/C#/Java). Experience with databases would be preferable (Oracle/MS SQLServer)
Academic Qualifications: Diploma/Graduate or higher in Engineering or Science.

Business Development Managers:
Experience: Min. 5 years relevant selling experience in IT Enabled Services with international clientele, preferably in engineering verticals. Candidates must possess ability to meet revenue targets and possess excellent communication and presentation skills. Other requirements: International travel exposure (mandatory), Proficiency in at least one Foreign language (Desirable)
Academic Qualifications: PG in Business Administration

Market Research Experts / Analysts:
Experience: 2-10 years relevant experience in secondary market research and analysis, preferably in engineering or manufacturing verticals. Candidates must possess ability to mine any required information from Internet, should have excellent analytical skills and generate intelligent reports. Other mandatory skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills
Academic Qualifications: PG in Business Administration

Head - Human Resources:
Experience: 10 years relevant experience, with at least 4 years in IT Enabled Services, preferably in engineering services. Should be conversant with international HR best practices.
Academic Qualifications: Post-Graduate, preferably with a specialization in HR/Personnel Management.

Asst. Manager / Manager – Finance & Accounts:
Experience: Min. 5 years relevant experience, with at least 2 years in IT Industry and should be able to independently handle F&A. Other mandatory requirements: Should have experience of handling Payrolls, Taxation, Statutory compliance and other related areas
Academic Qualifications: Graduate or higher in Commerce/Accounts.
